Koyo

Koyo, inspired by the word “Kouyou” symbolising the changing colours of autumn leaves, is a Japanese omakase restaurant. Evolving its menu with the seasons, it showcases nature’s freshest ingredients.

Shang Shi

Shang Shi is an exclusive Cantonese dining experience, where time-honoured recipes
and traditions are reimagined for today’s fine dining connoisseur. The menu is crafted
by Michelin-starred chef Chee Hwee Tong.

Meaning “Royal Feast,” Shang Shi lives up to its name, with signature dishes such as
Dim Sum, Peking Duck and Char Siu that elevate dining into an art form.
